⚽ Match Results Analysis – Soccer 6 – S6 V2 P1

  • Match 1: Malaga 2-5 Real Sociedad. Real Sociedad opened the coupon with an emphatic 5-2 away victory, producing the highest individual scoring total of the round. The seven-goal encounter accounted for more than 29% of the pool’s 24 goals, making it the highest-scoring fixture. Malaga managed to score twice at home but conceded five, resulting in a three-goal defeat. Sociedad’s winning margin matched Lazio’s subsequent 3-0 success against Juventus as the largest of the six matches. The successful 3 established the first away-winning selection in a round that would eventually feature five visiting victories. Sociedad’s five goals exceeded the entire combined goal total of the Lyon versus Nice fixture, illustrating the substantial differences in attacking output across the coupon. The result was especially important because a home side scoring twice still finished well behind, leaving little doubt about the correct match-outcome selection. Sociedad’s convincing victory provided an emphatic opening to an away-dominated winning combination.
  • Match 2: Juventus 0-3 Lazio. Lazio recorded a commanding 3-0 away victory against Juventus, providing the second consecutive successful 3 selection. The visitors scored three times without conceding, producing the largest clean-sheet victory of the pool. Juventus became one of only two home teams to finish without scoring, alongside Cincinnati in the final fixture. Lazio’s three-goal winning margin equalled Real Sociedad’s advantage over Malaga, although the matches differed considerably in scoring patterns. Whereas the opening contest produced seven goals from both teams, Lazio controlled the final scoreline by preventing Juventus from registering any. This match contributed three goals to the overall total of 24, all scored by the visiting side. With two away wins recorded in the opening two positions, the coupon immediately became difficult for entries built around home favourites. Lazio’s result also demonstrated that away victories were not limited to narrow one-goal outcomes, with both opening visitors winning by three-goal margins.
  • Match 3: Lyon 2-1 Nice. Lyon secured the only home victory of the round by defeating Nice 2-1. The hosts scored twice and conceded once, producing a narrow one-goal margin that contrasted with the comfortable away victories in the opening two fixtures. Nice’s goal kept the contest competitive on the final scoreboard, but Lyon’s second goal provided the decisive advantage. The successful 1 interrupted the opening sequence of two away selections and became the only home-winning position in the official combination. This was also one of two matches in which the winner prevailed by exactly one goal, alongside Santos’ 2-1 success at Fluminense. Lyon’s victory was therefore particularly important for successful pool entries because every other fixture required an away selection. The result demonstrated how a single home victory could interrupt an otherwise strongly established pattern. By the end of M3, the coupon contained two away wins and one home win, with no draws recorded.
  • Match 4: Fluminense FC 1-2 Santos. Santos defeated Fluminense 2-1 away from home, restoring the away-winning pattern after Lyon’s success in the previous fixture. The visitors scored twice, while Fluminense managed one goal but could not secure a draw. This was the second match decided by a single-goal margin, matching Lyon’s 2-1 victory over Nice but reversing the winning team’s home or away status. The successful 3 became the third visiting selection across the opening four positions. Unlike Lazio and Columbus Crew, who completed clean-sheet victories, Santos conceded once and needed their second goal to establish the winning difference. Fluminense’s failure to turn their home goal into a positive result contributed to the coupon’s unusual imbalance between home and away outcomes. The match added three goals to the overall total and confirmed that the South American section of the pool would continue the dominance established by Real Sociedad and Lazio earlier in the round.
  • Match 5: Gremio 2-4 Cruzeiro. Cruzeiro delivered a convincing 4-2 away victory against Gremio, providing the fourth successful visiting selection. The six-goal fixture was the second-highest-scoring match of the round, behind Real Sociedad’s 5-2 victory over Malaga. Cruzeiro’s four goals were also the second-largest individual attacking return, exceeded only by Sociedad’s five. Gremio scored twice at home but still suffered a two-goal defeat, making it the second home team on the coupon to concede at least four goals. The result reinforced the dominance of visiting attacks, which were responsible for 16 goals across the five away-winning fixtures. Cruzeiro’s two-goal margin was narrower than the three-goal victories recorded by Sociedad and Lazio but more comfortable than Santos’ narrow success at Fluminense. The official 3 also began a final sequence of consecutive away selections, which Columbus Crew would complete in M6. With five fixtures finished, the pool had produced four away victories, one home win and no draws.
  • Match 6: Cincinnati 0-2 Columbus Crew. Columbus Crew completed the coupon with a 2-0 away victory over Cincinnati, confirming the fifth visiting win of the round. The visitors scored twice without conceding, joining Lazio as the only teams to record clean-sheet victories. Cincinnati failed to score at home, repeating Juventus’ experience against Lazio. Unlike the high-scoring successes delivered by Real Sociedad and Cruzeiro, Columbus required only two goals to establish a comfortable winning margin. The final 3 completed a sequence of three consecutive away selections from M4 through M6 and confirmed that visiting teams had won five of six fixtures. Columbus’ clean sheet also meant that the pool ended with an away victory achieved without a goal from the hosts. The result completed the official 3/3/1/3/3/3 combination, leaving Lyon as the only home winner and eliminating draws entirely. Accurate identification of the five away results was the defining requirement for a perfect entry.

6/6 Results

Net Pool: R166,986.90
Winners: 132
Dividend: R1,264.80

Soccer 6 Dividend Analysis

The official Soccer 6 S6 V2 P1 payout recorded 132 perfect entries, each receiving R1,264.80 from the R166,986.90 net pool. The winning combination of 3/3/1/3/3/3 contained five away victories, one home success and no draws. Visiting teams accounted for 83.3% of the outcomes, making this an unusually away-heavy coupon.

The structure of the winning combination was particularly demanding because the only home selection appeared at M3. Real Sociedad and Lazio established consecutive away victories before Lyon interrupted the sequence with a 2-1 home success. Santos, Cruzeiro and Columbus Crew then delivered three further visiting wins, meaning successful entries needed to identify the change at M3 before returning to away selections for the remainder of the coupon.

The scoring distribution also highlighted the importance of the strongest visiting attacks. Real Sociedad’s five goals and Cruzeiro’s four combined for nine of the round’s 24 goals, representing 37.5% of the total. Their respective matches contributed 13 goals when both teams’ scoring returns are included, accounting for more than half of all goals across the six fixtures. Lazio and Columbus Crew provided contrasting away successes by keeping clean sheets, while Santos needed two goals to win narrowly at Fluminense.

The official dividend of R1,264.80 reflected the distribution among 132 perfect entries. The pool’s main challenge was correctly identifying five visiting winners rather than predicting draws, since none of the six matches ended level. The final combination required confidence in away teams across multiple competitions, including two fixtures where the home team scored twice but still lost by at least two goals.

The Soccer 6 S6 V2 P1 (SCC) pool produced five away victories, one home win and no draws, with 24 goals scored across six matches. Real Sociedad opened with a 5-2 victory against Malaga, while Lazio defeated Juventus 3-0. Lyon supplied the only home success by beating Nice 2-1, before Santos won 2-1 at Fluminense and Cruzeiro defeated Gremio 4-2. Columbus Crew completed the round with a 2-0 away victory over Cincinnati. The official 3/3/1/3/3/3 combination produced 132 winning 6/6 entries, each receiving R1,264.80 from the R166,986.90 net pool.

Soccer 6 Results and Analysis – Sun 18 Oct – S6 V1 P2 (SRB)

The Soccer 6 S6 V1 P2 (SRB) pool produced four home victories and two away wins, with no draws across the six fixtures. Paris FC delivered the highest-scoring home performance by defeating Rennes 4-3 in a seven-goal encounter, while AC Milan completed the coupon with a narrow 3-2 victory against Atalanta. AJ Auxerre secured a convincing 3-1 away success at Le Havre, and Hoffenheim recorded the other visiting victory by beating Borussia Mgladbach 2-1. Celta de Vigo opened with a 2-1 home win against Deportivo Alaves, while Lorient defeated Monaco 1-0 in the lowest-scoring match. The round produced 23 goals, and the official 1/3/1/1/3/1 combination generated 104 perfect entries, each receiving R1,401.00 from the R145,728.00 net pool.

⚽ Match Results Analysis – Soccer 6 – S6 V1 P2

  • Match 1: Celta de Vigo 2-1 Deportivo Alaves. Celta de Vigo opened the coupon with a narrow 2-1 home victory over Deportivo Alaves, establishing the first successful 1 selection. The hosts scored twice and conceded once, leaving a single-goal margin between the teams. Alaves’ goal kept the final scoreline competitive, but Celta maintained the decisive advantage. The three-goal fixture established a pattern of closely contested results that would continue across most of the coupon. Although four teams eventually won at home, none of those victories came by more than one goal. Celta’s success therefore introduced an important characteristic of the round: home teams were frequently successful, but their winning margins remained narrow. The result also contrasted with the next fixture, in which AJ Auxerre would secure the first visiting victory by a more comfortable two-goal difference. Celta’s opening success contributed two home goals to the pool’s total of 23 and provided an early advantage for entries favouring the hosts.
  • Match 2: Le Havre 1-3 AJ Auxerre. AJ Auxerre recorded a convincing 3-1 away victory against Le Havre, becoming the first visiting winner of the round. The visitors scored three times, while Le Havre managed one goal without preventing a two-goal defeat. Auxerre’s margin was the largest recorded across all six matches, making this the most comfortable outright result of the coupon. The successful 3 interrupted the opening home victory and became one of only two away-winning selections. Four goals made this fixture the third-highest-scoring match after Paris FC against Rennes and AC Milan against Atalanta. Auxerre also produced the highest attacking return by a visiting team, equalled later by Rennes’ three goals despite their defeat to Paris FC. Le Havre’s home goal was insufficient to challenge the visitors’ lead on the final scoreboard. The result highlighted the difference between a narrow one-goal home victory and a more decisive away success, while establishing that successful entries would need to include visiting winners rather than relying exclusively on the strong home trend.
  • Match 3: Lorient 1-0 Monaco. Lorient defeated Monaco 1-0 in the lowest-scoring fixture of the pool, registering the second successful home selection. A single goal separated the teams, and Lorient’s clean sheet ensured that their narrow attacking return was sufficient for victory. Monaco failed to score, becoming the only visiting team on the coupon to finish without a goal. This was also the only clean-sheet victory across all six fixtures, making it distinct from the other five matches in which both teams scored. The successful 1 restored the home-winning pattern after Auxerre’s away success. Lorient’s one-goal return contrasted sharply with the four goals Paris FC would score in the next match, although both performances produced identical home-winning outcome categories. The fixture contributed only one of the round’s 23 goals, demonstrating that a low-scoring encounter could be just as important to the winning combination as a high-scoring contest. Lorient’s victory also marked the midpoint of a coupon that had produced two home wins and one away success without a draw.
  • Match 4: Paris FC 4-3 Rennes. Paris FC secured a dramatic 4-3 home victory against Rennes in the highest-scoring fixture of the round. Seven goals were shared between the sides, with Paris FC producing the largest individual attacking return and finishing one goal ahead. Rennes scored three times away from home, matching AJ Auxerre’s attacking total in M2, but could not avoid defeat. The match accounted for more than 30% of the pool’s 23 goals, making it the principal contributor to the round’s scoring total. Unlike Lorient’s preceding 1-0 victory, Paris FC required four goals to establish a winning margin because their opponents scored repeatedly. The successful 1 created consecutive home victories at M3 and M4, strengthening the overall dominance of home outcomes. Despite the high total, the margin remained just one goal, matching the close results established elsewhere on the coupon. This fixture also demonstrated the importance of distinguishing total goals from the final result category: seven goals were scored, but the successful selection remained the same 1 that Lorient achieved through a single goal.
  • Match 5: Borussia Mgladbach 1-2 Hoffenheim. Hoffenheim defeated Borussia Mgladbach 2-1 away from home, supplying the second and final visiting victory. The visitors scored twice, while Mgladbach managed one goal but could not secure a draw. This was the second away-winning 3 of the official combination, following AJ Auxerre’s earlier success at Le Havre. However, the winning margin was narrower, with Hoffenheim finishing just one goal ahead compared with Auxerre’s two-goal advantage. The fixture contributed three goals to the overall total and continued the pattern of both teams scoring, which occurred in every match except Lorient against Monaco. Hoffenheim’s result interrupted the consecutive home victories at M3 and M4 and prevented the coupon from becoming entirely dominated by successful home selections. The result also established that the two away wins appeared at M2 and M5, separated by a pair of home successes. For successful entries, recognising these visiting victories was essential to completing the otherwise home-heavy combination.
  • Match 6: AC Milan 3-2 Atalanta. AC Milan completed the coupon with a narrow 3-2 home victory against Atalanta, securing the fourth successful 1 selection. The hosts scored three times, while Atalanta’s two goals kept the final margin to one. This five-goal encounter was the second-highest-scoring match of the round, behind Paris FC’s 4-3 success over Rennes. Milan’s three goals matched AJ Auxerre’s attacking return, but the Italian hosts needed all three to finish ahead of an opponent that scored twice. Atalanta became one of five teams to score at least once in defeat, further highlighting the round’s lack of comfortable defensive control outside Lorient’s clean-sheet victory. The final result restored the home-winning pattern after Hoffenheim’s away success and completed the official 1/3/1/1/3/1 combination. Four home victories accounted for two-thirds of the coupon, while the remaining positions required away selections. With no draws and five one-goal winning margins, the round was defined by decisive but generally closely contested results.

6/6 Results

Net Pool: R145,728.00
Winners: 104
Dividend: R1,401.00

Soccer 6 Dividend Analysis

The official Soccer 6 S6 V1 P2 payout recorded 104 winning 6/6 entries, each receiving R1,401.00 from the R145,728.00 net pool. The successful 1/3/1/1/3/1 combination contained four home victories and two away wins, with no drawn matches. Home selections represented 66.7% of the results, while visiting teams accounted for the remaining 33.3%.

The two away victories were particularly important because they interrupted a coupon otherwise dominated by home winners. AJ Auxerre defeated Le Havre 3-1 at M2, while Hoffenheim beat Borussia Mgladbach 2-1 at M5. These results required successful entries to move away from the general home-winning pattern at two separate positions. The remaining four matches all ended in home victories, although none was won by more than a single goal.

The goal distribution showed considerable variation. Paris FC against Rennes produced seven goals, while AC Milan against Atalanta contributed another five. Together, those two matches accounted for 12 of the round’s 23 goals, representing approximately 52.2% of the total. Lorient against Monaco provided only one goal, creating the lowest-scoring encounter and the only clean-sheet victory. The remaining fixtures produced three or four goals each.

Five of the six matches were decided by exactly one goal, with Auxerre’s 3-1 victory providing the only two-goal winning margin. This created numerous narrow outcomes in which a single additional goal for a losing side would have changed the result to a draw. The official dividend of R1,401.00 was distributed among 104 perfect entries, reflecting a completed coupon that required correctly identifying two visiting victories and four home successes without selecting a single draw.

The Soccer 6 S6 V1 P2 (SRB) pool produced four home wins, two away victories and no draws, with 23 goals scored across six matches. Celta de Vigo opened with a 2-1 victory over Deportivo Alaves, before AJ Auxerre defeated Le Havre 3-1. Lorient secured a 1-0 home win against Monaco, and Paris FC overcame Rennes 4-3 in the highest-scoring match. Hoffenheim then defeated Borussia Mgladbach 2-1 away, while AC Milan completed the round with a 3-2 success against Atalanta. The official 1/3/1/1/3/1 winning combination produced 104 perfect entries, each receiving R1,401.00 from the R145,728.00 net pool.

Soccer 6 Results and Analysis – Sun 18 Oct – S6 V1 P1 (SBB)

Brighton-HA delivered the most convincing result by defeating Crystal Palace 5-0, recording both the largest winning margin and the highest individual scoring total. Bournemouth opened with a 2-0 victory against Sunderland, while Bayer Leverkusen defeated Freiburg 2-1 and Siwelele FC secured a narrow 1-0 success over Polokwane City. Como provided the only away victory by beating Fiorentina 3-1, and Leeds United shared a 1-1 draw with Manchester United. ⚽ Match Results Analysis – Soccer 6 – S6 V1 P1

  • Match 1: Bournemouth 2-0 Sunderland. Bournemouth opened the coupon with a convincing 2-0 home victory against Sunderland, establishing the first successful 1 selection. The hosts scored twice while preventing the visitors from registering a goal, securing a clean sheet and a two-goal winning margin. Sunderland’s failure to score meant Bournemouth did not require additional goals beyond their two successful finishes. This result established an early home-winning pattern that Brighton would extend in the following fixture. Bournemouth’s victory was one of three clean-sheet successes across the coupon, alongside Brighton’s 5-0 result and Siwelele FC’s 1-0 win. The two-goal margin was more comfortable than Bayer Leverkusen’s later 2-1 victory but considerably smaller than Brighton’s five-goal triumph. The match contributed two goals to the round’s total of 17 and demonstrated that the opening result could be secured through a combination of attacking efficiency and defensive solidity. Bournemouth’s clean sheet also ensured that Sunderland joined Crystal Palace and Polokwane City among the visiting teams unable to score.
  • Match 2: Brighton-HA 5-0 Crystal Palace. Brighton delivered the standout performance of the round with a commanding 5-0 home victory against Crystal Palace. The hosts scored five goals without conceding, producing the largest winning margin and highest individual attacking return across all six matches. Brighton’s five goals accounted for approximately 29.4% of the pool’s total of 17 and exceeded the combined total goals in several other individual fixtures. Crystal Palace failed to score, making the result the most emphatic clean-sheet victory on the coupon. The successful 1 extended the opening sequence to two consecutive home wins and established a strong foundation for the home-dominated final combination. Brighton’s five-goal margin was considerably larger than Bournemouth’s preceding two-goal success, illustrating the difference between a comfortable victory and a one-sided final scoreline. The match also became the highest-scoring fixture of the round, despite containing goals from only one team. By the end of M2, both successful selections had been home victories achieved without conceding, and Brighton had already provided nearly one-third of the coupon’s total goals.
  • Match 3: Fiorentina 1-3 Como. Como secured the only away victory of the round by defeating Fiorentina 3-1. The visitors scored three times, while Fiorentina managed one goal but could not reduce the final two-goal margin. Como’s three goals represented the highest attacking return by a visiting team on the coupon, exceeding Manchester United’s one goal against Leeds and Freiburg’s one against Leverkusen. The successful 3 interrupted the opening sequence of two home victories and became the sole visiting selection in the official combination. Four goals made this the second-highest-scoring fixture after Brighton’s 5-0 victory. Unlike Bournemouth and Brighton, who recorded clean sheets at home, Como conceded once but maintained a sufficiently large advantage to secure victory. Fiorentina were also the only home team to lose during the round, while Leeds were the only home side to draw. Como’s result therefore stood apart from the other five outcomes, which consisted entirely of home successes and one stalemate. Correctly identifying this single away victory was essential for completing the six-match winning combination.
  • Match 4: Leeds United 1-1 Manchester United. Leeds United and Manchester United finished 1-1, producing the only draw of the coupon. Both teams scored once, but neither established the additional goal required for victory. The successful 2 followed Como’s away success and interrupted the run of outright winners in the opening three positions. Two goals made this one of the lower-scoring matches of the round, compared with Brighton’s five-goal victory and Como’s four-goal encounter against Fiorentina. Both teams finished with one goal, making this the only fixture in which neither side held a winning advantage at the final whistle. The draw was also the only successful 2 in a combination dominated by home selections. Because the other five matches produced outright winners, identifying the Leeds versus Manchester United stalemate was particularly important. The result prevented a home victory from being added to the total and ensured that the final outcome distribution would contain exactly one draw. It also introduced the final non-home selection before consecutive home wins at M5 and M6 completed the coupon.
  • Match 5: Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 Freiburg. Bayer Leverkusen defeated Freiburg 2-1, registering the third home victory of the round. The hosts scored twice, while Freiburg’s goal kept the final margin narrow. Unlike the earlier home wins by Bournemouth and Brighton, Leverkusen conceded once and therefore needed their second goal to secure the result. The successful 1 restored the home-winning pattern after Como’s away success and the Leeds versus Manchester United draw. Three goals made this the third-highest-scoring match, behind Brighton against Crystal Palace and Fiorentina against Como. Leverkusen’s two-goal attacking return matched Bournemouth’s output in the opening fixture, but the defensive difference meant their victory was less comfortable. Freiburg’s goal also prevented Leverkusen from joining the three clean-sheet winners on the coupon. With five matches complete, the pool contained three home victories, one draw and one away win. The final fixture would determine whether home selections reached four or whether another non-home result altered the balance of the winning combination.
  • Match 6: Siwelele FC 1-0 Polokwane City. Siwelele FC completed the coupon with a narrow 1-0 home victory against Polokwane City. The hosts scored the only goal and maintained a clean sheet, making this the lowest-scoring fixture of the round. Polokwane failed to score, joining Sunderland and Crystal Palace among the visiting teams unable to register a goal. The successful 1 became the fourth home victory and completed a sequence of consecutive home selections at M5 and M6. Unlike Brighton’s commanding five-goal victory, Siwelele required only one successful finish to secure the same outcome category. The result also contrasted with Bayer Leverkusen’s preceding 2-1 success, where the hosts needed two goals after conceding once. Siwelele’s clean sheet was therefore decisive in protecting their minimal advantage. The final result completed the official 1/1/3/2/1/1 combination, confirming four home wins, one draw and one away success. The coupon ended with home teams accounting for two-thirds of the results, while Como remained the only successful visiting side.

6/6 Results

Net Pool: R246,400.38
Winners: 598
Dividend: R411.60

Soccer 6 Dividend Analysis

The official Soccer 6 S6 V1 P1 payout recorded 598 perfect entries, each receiving R411.60 from the R246,400.38 net pool. The winning combination of 1/1/3/2/1/1 included four home victories, one away win and one draw. Home selections accounted for 66.7% of the coupon, while the two remaining positions were occupied by Como’s away victory and the Leeds versus Manchester United draw.

The distribution of successful selections was distinctive. Bournemouth and Brighton established two consecutive home victories, before Como delivered the only away result at M3. Leeds and Manchester United then shared the points, creating the sole draw at M4. Bayer Leverkusen and Siwelele FC completed the pool with consecutive home wins, restoring the same outcome category that dominated the opening fixtures. Successful entries therefore needed to identify the two non-home results in the middle of the combination.

Brighton’s emphatic 5-0 victory was the largest contributor to the scoring total, accounting for five of the 17 goals. Como’s 3-1 success against Fiorentina contributed another four, meaning the two highest-scoring fixtures produced nine goals, or approximately 52.9% of the pool’s total. The remaining four matches combined for eight goals, with Siwelele’s narrow 1-0 victory providing the lowest-scoring result.

The pool recorded three clean-sheet victories, achieved by Bournemouth, Brighton and Siwelele FC. Como and Bayer Leverkusen won despite conceding, while Leeds and Manchester United both scored once in the only draw. The combination of four home victories and three clean-sheet successes created a very different outcome profile from the other Soccer 6 pools played on 18 October.

With 598 perfect entries sharing the net pool, the official dividend was R411.60 per winning entry. The number of winners was considerably higher than in the SCC and SRB pools, while the payout per entry was lower. Correctly selecting Como’s away victory and the Leeds versus Manchester United draw was essential, but the four successful home selections provided the dominant structure of the completed coupon.

The Soccer 6 S6 V1 P1 (SBB) pool produced four home victories, one draw and one away win, with 17 goals scored across six fixtures. Bournemouth defeated Sunderland 2-0 before Brighton delivered the standout performance with a 5-0 victory against Crystal Palace. Como recorded the only away success by beating Fiorentina 3-1, while Leeds United and Manchester United finished 1-1. Bayer Leverkusen secured a 2-1 home victory over Freiburg, and Siwelele FC completed the round with a 1-0 win against Polokwane City. The official 1/1/3/2/1/1 combination produced 598 winning 6/6 entries, each receiving R411.60 from the R246,400.38 net pool.

Betting Types Explained

The 1X2 System – Classic Match Result

This is the standard bet used in soccer betting and all Soccer Pools. You choose the outcome after 90 minutes:

  • 1 – Home team to win
  • X – Draw
  • 2 – Away team to win

Singles, Doubles & Triple Bets

Sometimes it’s safer to back more than one possible result in a single match.

Triple Chance Bets are only available in Soccer Pools-style games and lock that leg of your bet.

Double Chance Bets are widely used in normal sports betting and combo tickets.

Double Chance Betting

  • 1X – Home win or Draw
  • X2 – Draw or Away win
  • 12 – Home win or Away win (no draw)

Triple Chance Betting

1X2 – Any result will land (home/draw/away)
