Columbus Crew produced the highest-scoring encounter with a dramatic 4-3 win against Chicago Fire, while Inter Miami and Charlotte FC completed the round with an entertaining 3-3 draw. The six fixtures generated 23 goals, including two matches containing at least six. The official 3/1/2/3/3/2 winning combination proved particularly difficult, producing just 25 successful entries. ⚽ Match Results Analysis – Soccer 6 – S6 V2 P1

  • Match 1: Parma 1-2 Bologna. Bologna opened the Soccer 6 coupon with a valuable 2-1 away victory against Parma. The visitors scored twice and finished one goal ahead, while Parma’s single goal was insufficient to secure a draw. Bologna had entered the fixture with three consecutive victories in their displayed form record, compared with Parma’s four points from three matches. The final result was therefore consistent with Bologna’s stronger recent momentum, although the one-goal margin demonstrated that Parma remained competitive at home. The successful 3 provided the first away selection of the round and established the opening advantage for visiting teams. Both clubs contributed to the scoring, producing a three-goal encounter without a comfortable winning margin. Bologna’s result was significant because the coupon would ultimately contain three away victories, making correct coverage of visiting teams essential for a perfect combination.
  • Match 2: Nottingham Forest 3-1 Manchester City. Nottingham Forest produced one of the most significant results of the coupon with a convincing 3-1 home victory against Manchester City. The hosts scored three times and established a two-goal winning margin, while City’s single reply could not prevent defeat. Both teams had entered with identical L-D-L form sequences, but Manchester City’s greater overall squad quality had made the visitors an attractive selection. Forest nevertheless secured a clear result on the scoreboard, demonstrating the danger of treating team reputation as a guarantee. The successful 1 became the only home victory across all six matches. With four goals overall, this fixture was the highest-scoring encounter before the two dramatic Major League Soccer matches later in the panel. Forest’s win also interrupted Bologna’s opening away success and introduced a home result that proved particularly important in the official winning combination.
  • Match 3: Osasuna 1-1 Athletic Bilbao. Osasuna and Athletic Bilbao finished level at 1-1, delivering the first draw of the round. Both teams scored once, but neither secured the additional goal necessary for victory. Athletic Bilbao had arrived with three consecutive victories, while Osasuna had suffered two defeats in their displayed recent sequence. Despite that substantial form difference, the hosts successfully avoided defeat and prevented Bilbao from extending their winning run. The successful 2 was especially significant because Bilbao’s stronger recent form could have encouraged outright away selections. Osasuna’s home advantage proved sufficient to challenge the visitors, even though the final result did not produce a home win. The two-goal total made this a more restrained encounter than the preceding Nottingham Forest victory. The result also introduced draw coverage into the combination, which would become important again in the final match between Inter Miami and Charlotte FC.
  • Match 4: SBV Excelsior 0-1 Go Ahead Eagles. Go Ahead Eagles secured a narrow 1-0 away victory against SBV Excelsior, providing the second successful visiting selection. A single goal separated the teams, and the visitors maintained a clean sheet to preserve their advantage. Excelsior failed to find the net at home, making this the lowest-scoring encounter of the entire coupon. Go Ahead Eagles had entered with six points from their displayed three-match sequence, compared with Excelsior’s three, giving them a stronger recent winning record. The result supported that form-based advantage, although the narrow scoreline showed that the match was decided by the minimum possible margin. The successful 3 restored the away-winning pattern after Nottingham Forest’s home victory and the Osasuna draw. This was the only clean-sheet victory in the round, distinguishing it from the other five fixtures in which both teams scored.
  • Match 5: Chicago Fire 3-4 Columbus Crew. Columbus Crew delivered the highest-scoring result of the coupon with a dramatic 4-3 away victory against Chicago Fire. Seven goals were shared between the teams, with Columbus scoring the decisive fourth and finishing only one goal ahead. Chicago contributed three goals at home but still suffered defeat, making this a remarkable example of strong attacking output failing to produce a positive result. Columbus had entered with three consecutive victories, while Chicago remained unbeaten through two wins and a draw. Both clubs therefore possessed excellent recent form, and the final score reflected a highly competitive matchup. The successful 3 became the third away victory of the round and the second consecutive visiting result after Go Ahead Eagles. Columbus’ four goals represented the highest individual scoring total on the panel, while the seven-goal encounter accounted for more than thirty percent of the round’s total scoring.
  • Match 6: Inter Miami 3-3 Charlotte FC. Inter Miami and Charlotte FC completed the coupon with an entertaining 3-3 draw. Both teams scored three times, but neither established the decisive advantage required for victory. The six-goal total made this the second-highest-scoring encounter, behind Chicago Fire’s 3-4 defeat against Columbus Crew. Inter Miami were unable to convert home advantage and three goals into an outright success, while Charlotte’s equally productive attacking return secured a draw rather than an away victory. The successful 2 became the second draw of the panel and completed the official winning combination. Across M5 and M6 alone, thirteen goals were scored, representing more than half of the entire round’s total. This final draw was especially important for entries that had correctly selected the previous five outcomes, as a straight home or away prediction would have prevented a perfect 6/6 result. Only 25 entries ultimately matched the complete sequence.

The Saturday 7 November Soccer 6 V1 P2 pool produced a perfectly balanced distribution between home victories and draws, with three of each and no away wins. Orlando Pirates opened the round with a narrow 1-0 victory against Sekhukhune United, while SC Paderborn and Eintracht Frankfurt played out a 2-2 draw. The six matches produced 19 goals, with almost half coming from the Cardiff fixture alone. ⚽ Match Results Analysis – Soccer 6 – S6 V1 P2

  • Match 1: Orlando Pirates 1-0 Sekhukhune United. Orlando Pirates opened the coupon with a narrow 1-0 home victory against Sekhukhune United. The hosts scored the only goal and maintained a clean sheet, ensuring that the minimum attacking return was sufficient to secure the result. Orlando Pirates had entered with three consecutive victories, giving them a stronger displayed recent record than Sekhukhune, who had won twice and lost once. The final outcome supported that home-form advantage, although the one-goal margin demonstrated that the visitors remained competitive by the scoreline. The successful 1 provided the first home selection of a coupon that would ultimately contain no away victories. This was also the only clean-sheet win of the round, with the other home successes involving goals from both teams. Pirates’ result was significant because their narrow victory contrasted sharply with the high-scoring Cardiff encounter that later determined another successful home selection.
  • Match 2: SC Paderborn 2-2 Eintracht Frankfurt. SC Paderborn and Eintracht Frankfurt finished level at 2-2, producing the first draw of the coupon. Both teams scored twice, but neither secured the decisive third goal necessary for victory. Frankfurt had entered with two victories from their displayed three-match sequence, while Paderborn had collected four points. Although the visitors possessed the stronger recent winning return and greater overall resources, the hosts avoided defeat at home. The successful 2 demonstrated the importance of draw protection in fixtures where the away team appeared stronger on paper. With four goals overall, this was the second-highest-scoring match of the round, behind Cardiff’s remarkable victory against Burnley. The result also interrupted Orlando Pirates’ opening home-winning pattern before Birmingham and Cardiff produced consecutive successful home selections. Correctly identifying the draw at M2 was an important requirement for the official winning combination.
  • Match 3: Birmingham City 2-1 Swansea City. Birmingham City secured a narrow 2-1 home victory against Swansea City, delivering the second successful 1 of the panel. The hosts scored twice and finished one goal ahead, while Swansea’s single reply was insufficient to earn a draw. Birmingham had entered with two wins and one defeat in their displayed recent form, while Swansea had lost twice. The outcome therefore supported the stronger home-winning record, although the visitors’ goal kept the final margin competitive. Birmingham’s victory differed from Orlando Pirates’ earlier success because both teams scored, meaning the hosts needed a second goal rather than relying on a clean sheet. The three-goal total provided a moderate scoring result between Paderborn’s four-goal draw and Cardiff’s extraordinary nine-goal contest. Birmingham’s win also began two consecutive home victories, making the middle section of the coupon particularly favourable to host selections.
  • Match 4: Cardiff City 5-4 Burnley. Cardiff City produced the most extraordinary result of the round with a dramatic 5-4 home victory against Burnley. Nine goals were shared between the teams, with Cardiff scoring the decisive fifth and finishing only one goal ahead. Burnley’s four goals represented the highest scoring total by a losing team on the coupon, but their attacking productivity was insufficient to secure a draw. Cardiff’s five goals were also the highest individual return of any club, making this the standout statistical performance. The nine-goal encounter accounted for almost half of the round’s 19 goals, creating a remarkable contrast with the narrow 1-0 opener and the goalless finale. Cardiff had entered with a stronger displayed recent record than Burnley, but the final score showed that the hosts required substantial attacking output to overcome their visitors. The successful 1 became the third and final home victory, completing consecutive host successes at M3 and M4.
  • Match 5: Fulham 1-1 Newcastle United. Fulham and Newcastle United played out a 1-1 draw, producing the second level result of the coupon. Both teams scored once, but neither finished ahead. Fulham had entered with a narrow recent-form advantage, collecting four points compared with Newcastle’s three, while both clubs had suffered defeats in their displayed sequences. The final result reflected the relatively balanced nature of the fixture, with neither side converting its attacking contribution into victory. The successful 2 ended the run of two home wins and began the closing sequence of draws. With just two goals overall, this match was considerably less productive than Cardiff’s preceding 5-4 victory. Fulham were unable to convert home advantage into a win, while Newcastle avoided defeat without delivering the first away victory of the round. Correctly selecting the draw was especially important because the final match also ended level, creating consecutive successful draw selections.
  • Match 6: Espanyol 0-0 Deportivo La Coruna. Espanyol and Deportivo La Coruna completed the Soccer 6 coupon with a goalless draw. Neither team managed to score, making this the lowest-scoring fixture and the only match without a goal. Deportivo had entered with a stronger displayed recent winning record, having won twice compared with Espanyol’s one victory. However, the visitors could not convert that advantage into an away win, while Espanyol also failed to secure a positive outright result at home. The successful 2 became the third draw of the round and completed consecutive level results at M5 and M6. This was particularly significant because the earlier fixtures had produced both a narrow 1-0 victory and a spectacular nine-goal encounter, demonstrating the wide variation in scoring across the panel. The goalless finish confirmed that no visiting team had won any of the six matches. The final result completed the official 1/2/1/1/2/2 combination, with 207 entries successfully selecting all six outcomes.

Net Pool: R200,185.56
Winners: 207
Dividend: R966.60

Birmingham City then defeated Swansea 2-1 before Cardiff City recorded a remarkable 5-4 victory against Burnley, contributing nine of the round’s 19 goals. The official 1/2/1/1/2/2 combination produced 207 perfect entries, each receiving R966.60 from the R200,185.56 net pool. The contrast between Cardiff’s exceptional scoring and the low-scoring closing fixtures made this a distinctive Soccer 6 round.

Soccer 6 Results and Analysis – Sat 7 Nov – S6 V1 P1 (6HH)

The Saturday 7 November Soccer 6 V1 P1 pool produced an evenly distributed combination of two home victories, two draws and two away wins. Stoke City followed with a 2-1 victory against Portsmouth, completing consecutive away successes. The six fixtures generated 14 goals, with Norwich responsible for five of them. The official 1/3/3/2/1/2 combination proved demanding, producing just 23 perfect entries and a substantial dividend of R7,013.40 each.

⚽ Match Results Analysis – Soccer 6 – S6 V1 P1

  • Match 1: Leeds United 1-0 Tottenham Hotspur. Leeds United opened the coupon with a narrow 1-0 home victory against Tottenham Hotspur. The hosts scored the only goal and maintained a clean sheet, preventing Spurs from securing an equaliser. The result was particularly significant because Tottenham had entered with three consecutive victories, while Leeds had collected only two points from their displayed recent matches. Despite that substantial form disadvantage, Leeds converted home advantage into an outright success. The winning margin was minimal, but the clean sheet ensured the result remained decisive. Tottenham’s failure to score prevented them from extending their positive recent sequence and made this one of the more notable results of the round. The successful 1 supplied the opening home selection before the coupon shifted towards consecutive away victories. Leeds’ victory also demonstrated that a strong recent winning streak does not guarantee success, especially when the opposition benefits from home conditions.
  • Match 2: Bristol City 0-5 Norwich City. Norwich City delivered the most emphatic performance of the coupon with a commanding 5-0 away victory against Bristol City. Five unanswered goals established the largest winning margin of the round, while Bristol failed to register a scoring response. Norwich’s five goals were also the highest individual total, accounting for more than one-third of all goals scored across the six fixtures. The successful 3 interrupted Leeds’ opening home victory and introduced the first away selection. Norwich had entered with a stronger displayed recent record than Bristol, collecting six points compared with the hosts’ four, but the final margin was considerably more decisive than that modest difference suggested. Bristol were unable to convert home advantage into a competitive result on the scoreboard, while Norwich secured a comprehensive clean-sheet win. The result was especially important for successful Soccer 6 entries because it represented the only victory decided by more than one goal.
  • Match 3: Portsmouth 1-2 Stoke City. Stoke City extended the visiting-team sequence with a narrow 2-1 victory against Portsmouth. The visitors scored twice and finished one goal ahead, while Portsmouth’s single reply was insufficient to secure a draw. Both teams had entered the fixture unbeaten across their displayed three-match sequences, although Stoke possessed the stronger winning record with two victories compared with Portsmouth’s one. The final outcome supported that narrow form advantage, but the one-goal difference showed that the hosts remained competitive. Stoke’s successful 3 became the second consecutive away selection and the final visiting victory of the round. Unlike Norwich’s preceding 5-0 success, Stoke conceded once and needed a second goal to secure victory. The three-goal total also returned the coupon to a more moderate scoring level. With three matches completed, the combination contained one home win followed by two away successes, creating a demanding opening sequence.
  • Match 4: Wrexham 1-1 Wolverhampton. Wrexham and Wolverhampton played out a 1-1 draw, providing the first level result of the coupon. Both teams scored once, but neither established the additional goal needed for victory. Wolverhampton had entered unbeaten across their displayed recent sequence, with two wins and a draw, while Wrexham had lost twice before recording a victory. Despite that stronger visiting form, the hosts avoided defeat and prevented Wolves from securing a third consecutive away-winning selection on the panel. The successful 2 interrupted the sequence established by Norwich and Stoke. With two goals overall, the encounter was relatively restrained compared with Norwich’s five-goal victory, but it remained important for the final combination. Wrexham’s home advantage helped counterbalance the difference in recent results, while Wolverhampton’s goal ensured the visitors did not leave empty-handed. This became the first of two identical 1-1 draws, with Torino and Lecce producing the same result at M6.
  • Match 5: Cagliari 1-0 Frosinone. Cagliari secured a narrow 1-0 home victory against Frosinone, providing the second successful 1 of the round. A single goal separated the teams, and Cagliari maintained a clean sheet to preserve the advantage. The result was particularly surprising when compared with the displayed recent form, as Cagliari had suffered three consecutive defeats while Frosinone remained unbeaten through two wins and a draw. Despite that seven-point form difference, the hosts produced the decisive result. Frosinone were unable to find an equaliser, leaving Cagliari with their first victory relative to the preceding three-match sequence. The scoreline matched Leeds United’s opening 1-0 success exactly, creating two narrow clean-sheet home victories against visitors with stronger recent records. This fixture further demonstrated that short-term form differences do not automatically determine match outcomes. Cagliari’s successful home selection was the final outright victory before the closing Torino draw.
  • Match 6: Torino 1-1 U.S Lecce. Torino and U.S Lecce completed the coupon with a 1-1 draw, producing the second level result of the round. Both teams scored once, but neither secured the decisive advantage needed for victory. Torino had entered with one win and two defeats in their displayed recent form, while Lecce had lost all three matches. Although the hosts possessed the stronger recent record and home advantage, they were unable to convert those factors into an outright win. Lecce’s goal ensured that the visitors avoided another defeat, while Torino’s equal scoring contribution prevented an away victory. The successful 2 matched Wrexham’s earlier draw against Wolverhampton in exact scoreline and total goals. This result also completed an evenly distributed outcome pattern of two home wins, two away victories and two draws. The official 1/3/3/2/1/2 combination generated just 23 perfect 6/6 entries, each earning R7,013.40.
